About the Role

Pivotry Co. is looking for a Business Development Sales Partner who thrives on prospecting, identifying opportunities, and generating qualified leads that convert into revenue. This role is perfect for a sales hunter who enjoys networking, strategic outreach, and building a strong pipeline while earning based on performance.

As a Business Development Sales Partner, you will be responsible for researching, qualifying, and engaging potential clients across various industries. You will use Pivotry Co.’s CRM, sales collateral, and proven sales playbook to develop strong opportunities, book sales meetings, and support deal closures. Compensation is pay-per-qualified-lead and commission-based on successful client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high-value prospects through research, outbound outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns that align with industry needs.
  • Use CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, prospects, and pipeline performance.
  • Book and facilitate high-quality sales conversations for Pivotry Co. or its clients.
  • Earn based on results – payment per qualified lead and additional commission on closed deals.
